Maintenance is available 8:00 am to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

What to do if I smell gas?
If you smell, see, or hear a suspected gas leak, evacuate immediately.
Move to a safe environment and THEN call 911.
After that, you can call Unitil at the emergency number for your state:

DO NOT use a lighter or telephones, and DO NOT switch on/off appliances, lights, or even a flashlight in the area where you smell gas. These items can produce sparks that might ignite the gas and cause an explosion.
When will I recieve my refunded security deposit?
You will receive your deposit, less any discussed deductions, within thirty (30) days after the all tenants have permanently moved out of the apartment and returned possession of the apartment.
What do I do if I am locked out of my apartment?
Call the emergency after hours number, 207-317-1818 as this phone cannot receive texts. Or call/ text Alex 207-400-5899. After hours lock outs will incur a charge of $40 payable to the person who unlocks your door.
